1) Clear out your nostrils daily with salty (himalayan rock salt) dissolved in warm water as well as gargling with salt water.
2) Plenty of rest too
3) Remember colds and coughs are your body’s way of flushing out the toxins that you have ingested and taken on through your choice of food etc. Its a great lesson reminder of when we need to take proper care of yourself. Use your cold and coughs as a catalyst to starting a cleaner way of living and give yourself the respect and care you deserve 🙂 |
